So this is my take on a budget mono blue Living Lore deck

It's basically Counterspells and things that get us to draw and discard ( Taigam's Scheming ) really comes to mind haha) , that way we can draw the Living Lore and discard the Temporal Trespass or Treasure Cruise in order to make Living Lore fat as heck. Hopefully by then we have a Rogue's Passage or Taigam’s Strike to make him unblockable too.
