A simple attempt to build a budget vehicle-based mardu aggro deck in modern. The deck should play out similarly to the old mardu aggro lists that were in standard prior to the copter banning. This is not a deck that I expect to perform especially well across a wide range of matchups, however the deck will put your opponent on a quick clock and copter is still an inherently powerful card. Feel free to beef up the mana base as you see fit, this is a budget deck made up mostly of cards I have anyway and I don't wish to spend quite that much money on modern.
