Pretty simple plan, lots of early cantrips and gut shots, then once a Burning Vengeance or two is on the field, past in flames, all the phyrexian mana spells become shocks. The plan is to keep your head just slightly above the opponent.

The good: Totally wrecks control or nay other deck that doesn't do anything for the first 3-5 turns.

Mana is always smooth, if you have an Island in your starting hand everything is gonna be cool, rarely if ever have to mulligan based on land.

The Bad: Aggro decks totally cream you. There's not much you can do about turns 1-3 or if they play something like Invisible Stalker or Dungrove Elder.
