Gimmick Izzet Aggro based around Lightning/Steam/Weather themed cards and dealing burst damage by taking instants and sorceries with cipher/rebound with cards that can exploit them. Cipher and Rebound cards reproc Guttersnipes for massive damage. Exploits Nivix Cyclops ability with rebound cards for consistent damage output. Abuses Nivmagus Elemental ability with Cipher recasts to get free +1/+1 counters. Has about a 3-5 turn wind-up before the damage starts kicking in, after that the game is usually yours. Feedback highly appreciated.

Got some wild results after some more extensive testing with draw completely screwing me over multiple times. So I decided to edit the creature/noncreature ratio slightly to allow more consistent early plays. I also edited the sideboard to be more like a proper sideboard, allowing me to appropriately respond to threats. One of the biggest changes is the removal of Dual Casting, in order to focus on copying cipher cards instead and more wombo combos with permanents. In testing, I felt that Dual Casting was much too slow, and too great of an investment to be applying to such an aggressive deck, as I'd only get to use it to copy multiple cipher cards on games that ran late, and that was pretty much a total win-con anyway. This also frees my creature base, allowing me to expand to cards without untap mechanics.
