A budget izzet delver list based around casting Thunderous Wrath for one red mana.

I saw this decklist floating around on MTGGoldfish in March 2018, but after a couple 5-0s on MTGO it has disappeared again.

Luckily I built it online and have played it a good bit. It has a lot of good match-ups, but it isn't consistent enough or popular enough to be considered T1. However, despite being inconsistent, it is a ton of fun to pilot. Let me know if you have any suggestions.
