Let me firstly state that I am new to the game, and don't have a huge knowledge of the library. Second, there are a couple cards I know I should have more of, such as thought scour, but I only own one, and stuff like that. I would appreciate any tips to make the deck work better and be more competitive. I am attempting to stick within modern, but am fine if it fits just within casual.
