This is just a simple deck that I threw together, for the sake of playing Pauper with friends. I've made a grand combination of 100 cards, so I can put all of my old blue Commander sleeves to good use. The main mechanics that are focused on are:

1.) Forced Islandwalk Aggro ( w/ Unblockable Enchants )

2.) Bouncing 'Leaves Play' Effect Cards to Hand / Card Draw

3.) Counterspelling / Splashing Black for Creature Hate (wholly optional)

Not looking to be super competitive, but there are plenty of cards you can switch out into the sideboard, depending on the type of Pauper deck you're up against.
