i got the idea while playing with two of my other decks, not really well thought through but here are the basics. I get token creatures Verdant Embrace , Mycoloth , Ghave, Guru of Spores , Imperious Perfect with +1/+1 counters Sigil Captain , i sacrifice them and make more or proliferate Plaguemaw Beast or just proliferate Contagion Engine , Contagion Clasp , and eventually end up with large amounts of strong creatures. there are probably other ways of doing this but here's one more.
