This is a rendition of a turbo fog deck for legacy play. The only win condition right now is to stall the board out to the point in which your opponent gets frustrated and concedes or you mill them out.

Early game, you shouldn't really be concerned with taking damage. The main goal is to get the artifacts and enchantments online so you can start forcing card draw for your opponent, saving your fog effects for when you'll need them later. Orim's Chant and Peace Talks are great to play early, but only if you're going to see the board flooded with things you can't take care of.

In the sideboard, you've got a(nother) real win condition with Luminarch Ascension. The reason why this is in the sideboard is to take advantage of the fact that your opponent will probably side out the majority of their removal after they don't see any creatures come out in the first game.
