This deck is attempting to capitilize on making and then sacrificing humans, to effects like Altar's Reap and Skirsdag Flayer . Loyal Cathar   and Doomed Traveler help to capitilize on these effects. Avacyn's Collar is there for the same reason.

I am not playing any Vault of the Archangel for the simple reason that it would mess up the mana, which is already streched tight with Loyal Cathar   although this might change. Both Skirsdag High Priest and Unruly Mob aren't there because there isn't enough space but as ever this might change.

I am thinking of playing Increasing Devotion and Honor of the Pure but i'm not quite sure what to take out yet. Hero of Bladehold is also a possibilty although he doesn't create humans.
