This is probably the jankiest playable deck in standard. It will win games, but it can literally only do so by getting off an infinite combo that mills your opponent. Here's how it works:

T3 (optimally): Midnight Guard

T4 (optimally): Retraction helix on Midnight guard, Altar of the brood, ornithopter. Tap midnight guard to retract ornithopter. Play ornithopter from your hand again, which triggers altar of the brood AND untaps midnight guard. Repeat until your opponent has no library.

The rest of the deck just stalls the game until something beautiful happens.
