How to play this deck:

1) Cast artifacts.

2) Use Galvanic Blast for burn and removal.

3) Use artifact creatures to chump block.

4) Use Welding Jar to regenerate your blockers.

5) Sac Pyrite Spellbomb for burn, removal, or draw.

6) Sac artifact creatures (esp. Perilous Myr) to cast Collateral Damage for burn and removal.

7) Fill your graveyard with artifacts with (3) - (6).

8) Draw cards as needed with Thoughtcast.

9) Finish off your opponent with Scrapyard Salvo.

Swap out Welding Jar for Tormod's Crypt if your opponent has a delve deck.
