Cryptic Serpent - This will never be played for its full CMC and for a 2 drop its an outstanding body on the board.

Enigma Drake - This card only makes since, the more spells you have in the graveyard the stronger it gets. Plus it has the added bonus of being a flyer.

Glorybringer - The most expensive card in the deck, but totally worth it. Basically if theres a non dragon creature on the board that you cant deal with with Shock and Magma Spray, Glory bringer is your man.

Harness the Storm - This is what makes running both Shock and Magma Spray godlike. Being able to cast 2-3 extra copies of a spell off of one card, YES PLEASE!

Harsh Mentor - Slapping the opponent for 2 damage when using non manna ability is always a good thing, plus its a nice body for 2 CMC

Soul-Scar Mage - Prowess and turns damage into -1/-1 counters

Saheeli Rai - Do i really need to say more? Saheeli copies Glorybringer Exert it and then sack it at the end of turn. Drink the Tears of your Enemy

Stormchaser Mage A better version of Nimble-Blade with the added bonus of Flying and Haste
