I wanted to use a rework of the traditional Abzan Ascendancy deck to showcase cards like Xathrid NecromancerKey Synergies:

Skirsdag High Priest + Xathrid Necromancer : Skirsdag should never be short on creatures to tap after a morbid trigger. The entire deck supplies a multitude of tokens for the High Priest to play with.

Qarsi High Priest + Skirsdag High Priest Generates a morbid trigger and supplies a creature to tap. This also allows for token creatures to be cycled out for nontoken creatures that will trigger Abzan Ascendancy.

Abzan Ascendancy + Teysa, Orzhov Scion These supply an army of spirit tokens that make the field incredibly hard to clear
