Fill up your yard using Grisly Salvage, then sacrifice your 10/10 Nemesis of Mortals to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.

Desecration Demon works, too! He can always beat face if you're out of sac tricks. So can Shadowborn Demon. And you'll ramp up to them fast with Elvish Mystic and Sylvan Caryatid.

Nighthowler is fun! Sac whatever he's enchanting for major damage, then sac the Nighthowler itself for more. Or bestow on Lotleth Troll for a regenerating, trampling beatstick!

Korozda Guildmage is very good in this deck. Give a 10/10 snake, 6/6 demon, or X/X Jarad/Nighthowler intimidate, or sac them to make an instant army? Seems OK! The saprolings will also feed a hungry Shadowborn Demon or an opposing Desecration Demon.

I know, I know -- Scavenging Ooze. Hence the Pithing Needle in the board. The thing is, other than Ooze, there's not a lot of graveyard hate in Standard!
