This deck is a boros/azorious/izzet american aggro control deck.

Its plays fast or slow and winning is a breeze. The main strategy is to get a Judge's Familiar or delver out turn one, and at turn two have a guttersnipe. Then by turn three get Geist of St. Traft. By this point you probably have a few remove spells to protect him until turn five where you put JACE and Sphere of Safety. Controlling from then on is great! The spells take care of annoying cards while the sphere of safety quickly taps their mana for one attack. The guttersnipe should be dealing some damage now, but the final blow can come from either Giesela or from hypersonic dragon.
