I think that painter's servant doesn't see enough play in modern, it has quickly become one of my favorite cards (if only it wasn't banned in EDH) in every format. The Goal is simple, like most other combo decks it looks the combo off early with some ramp like Lotus Bloom to get into Dramatic Entrance as soon as possible. The combo only works if your key piece, Painter's Servant is out on the board and set to green. You could, in theory turn 3 Emrakul if you got a lucky opening hand with two blossoms in it. Over all it is a fragile combo and it needs to be protected by counterspells and some cheap creatures like Sakura-Tribe Elder to be as fast as possible, especially in a modern meta with affinity being so powerful and fast. I am kind of new to building decks in modern as I am primarily an EDH player so please if you have any suggestions at all they are welcome.
