The idea is to get lands into play quickly so that the Scute Mob and the Dragonmaster Outcast can do their thing. Keep your early drops protected with Lightning Greaves and continue to ramp until you can drop the bigger dragons to generate an armada of dragons that should fly in for an overwhelming victory.

Still searching around for good cards that fit the mechanic of the deck, which is getting lands into play, sticking to basic lands, and the creation of a dragon token army. The sideboard also needs some work along the the main deck. All suggestions are welcomed.

The Legend of the Dragon's farm

Cast out by his own tribe, the Dragonmaster Outcast was forced to find a new life for himself. He traveled far and wide in search of a new home, and one day came upon a secluded woodland that was dying due to its isolation. The trees were rotten, and hills suffered from drought, but the Outcast had a passion for nature that his former tribesmen did not, and before long the land flourished with Rampant Growth. As life returned to the forest so did the Dawntreader Elk, and was soon followed by its natural predator the Scourge of Valkas. The old tribesman observed the dragon flying with a wounded elk, and followed it to a nearby cave at the base of a Mountain.

Without fear the Outcast approached, and soon found himself face to face with a fearsome Utvara Hellkite. The dragon sensed a kinship with the shaman despite his human form and allowed the old tribesman to enter its cave. He discovered that the dragon was providing for its young, and the Dragonmaster made a silent vow to help in any way he could. Time passed, and with each year the surrounding Forest grew and so did the dragons under his care.

Hearing of the Outcasts accomplishments, Sarkhan Vol sent a Burning-Tree Emissary to the reclusive shaman in hopes to recruit him into the Gruul guild. The Emissary promised the Dragonmaster Outcast the strength of the Rancor and the aggression of a warrior with Madcap Skills. The Outcast considered the Emissarys offer, but before he could answer the earth shook and the winds hissed with the piercing screech of an approaching Scute Mob.

The Burning-Tree Emissary quickly conjured a spell to destroy the growing mob, but the Beast Within was to great for his magical efforts and the Scute Mob continued to run rampant. Its power seemed to match the Evolving Wilds of an un-naturally expanded Forest. He now regretted using his magic to Cultivate the land so quickly. Power and un-natural progression always carry a price.

The Outcast's draconic kin had sensed the danger from the Mountain and flew down to the Forest to ward off the ensuing danger. The Outcast and the Emissary watched in horror as each dragon who landed to battle the mob was quickly devoured by the swarming insects. The situation seems hopeless, and the Outcast dropped to his knees in desperation and shouted to the mountain,

" Purphoros, God of the Forge hear my prayer! I have been a devout servant of your will and ask now for you to save this land and the dragons that inhabit it!"
Purphoros was pleased with the shaman's devotion, and before his eyes took a cohesive form. With a single Fall of the Hammer the mob was obliterated and the forest once again fell quite.

The Dragonmaster Outcast was speechless after witnessing a power wieldable only by a god whom he thought would never hear his prayer. After a moment he stood to address Purphoros, but as he came to his feet the god vanished to whence he had came.
