As I see it, you have a lot of cards in your deck that do not support your meta, nor Bolas'cause.

A Bolas deck should be about discarding, not building a massive army.So I'd remove the Master of Cruelties, Dread, Quicksilver Dagger basically all the dragon's except for Bolas (obviously), perhaps even Ashiok and Arcanis.

Add: Cunning Lethemancer, Dimir Cutpurse, Sire Of Insanity, Necrogen Mists, Bottomless Pit, Megrim, Liliana's Caress

I feel like Liliana's Caress and Megrim should be in here for the damage when you make your opponents discard by swinging and hitting with Bolas. Painful Quandary could also work as a buffer to any removal. Also, you could also give Nicol Bolas Grafted Exoskeleton or Phyresis to kill the enemy faster and Whispersilk Cloak or Infiltrator's Magemark to make him unblockable. Finally, Cruel Ultimatum should be in here for the sweet, sweet flavour.

Thanks a lot Dumgoldfish124, I forgot carress and Megrim trigger per discard. I've been thinking of making the deck more discard oriented with cards like Waste Not. I did wind up taking out Keiga, the Tide Star for Cruel Ultimatum because I agree on the flavor necessity.

If you have Warstorm Surge in play when nigga bolas enters the battlefield you make someone discard their entire hand
