This is mono-Black creatureless control built around some old janky discard enchantments (and the busted Lils). The way it works is to address immediate concerns with 1 mana discard spells and creature removal, to keep the field clear long enough to set up 1 or 2 continuous discard enchantments, 1 or 2 Rack or Shrieking Affliction, and just let them get squeezed to death. I'm not sure how aggressively this deck should mulligan for Dark Ritual, but if I can cheat out a discard effect turn 1 this deck feels incredibly oppressive. The deck really benefits from running absolutely nothing for creature interaction to deal with, it does give people easy picks to discard though!

Seal of Doom is a thing I'm kicking around, where I can 'store' a kill spell, rather than being forced to discard it. It costs 3 though, and is less versatile, but it certainly could work in a sideboard vs non-black decks.

Speaking of the sideboard, I'm starting to like the idea of running 0 creatures in the first game, and then brining in Tourach, Dread Cantor and Dauthi Voidwalker, both very substantial payoffs for discard effects, and Dauthi both hates on graveyards, is unblockable and can give access to opponent's cards. I would probably keep the wipes and Leyline, but replace the rest with creatures. Should I run x4 Tourachs or just x2 and then x2 some other payoff?

Updates Add

Slipped in 2 more Lilianas and took out two Triumphs to add x2 Phyrexian Arena in the hopes of drawing more removal/afflictions to win sooner. Liliana is very good, and Liliana's Triumph is a truly solid card as a x1 or x2 in a deck like this with 4 Lilianas, so I might adjust things later, maybe switch to x2 Inquisition of Kozilek and x2 Triumph instead of Thoughtseize? With Arena I worry more about life I think, and Triumph on turn 2 after a turn 1 Liliana would feel nice potentially.
