Feedback Needed! This deck is an altered version of the SOI Intro Deck 'Vampiric Thirst'. It's about getting cards out for less than their usual mana cost. I do this with the madness mechanic, the surge mechanic, and cards that have discard costs (in order to trip the madness ability). I'm looking for any and all suggestions :)
