This is just me testing and finding the best fun gimmick to play against blue. Feedback appreciated.
Also, I am afraid of commitment so don't recommend too expensive cards (<$2/card please!) Planeswalkers can be more expensive if they would improve the deck.

Use as a "no u" to counter target spells. Copy the counterspell, and target the original.

Counter their counters.

I don't like 2/2 blue drakes with flying, how about you? Be aware this also hurts you!

Use to do large amounts of damage,

is not modern-legal.
Burning Anger
Better than

's ability. By a lot.
Exquisite Firecraft
Use to knock out those annoying cards just above two toughness.
Obliterate
The panic button.
Pyromancer Ascension
The more spells the merrier! Right? Pair with a Banefire and win the game.
Rancor
You just need it.
Ricochet Trap
Bounce or mill them instead.
The small amount of creatures
Akroma, Angel of Fury
One of the top red cards, so why not?
Apocalypse Hydra
Use with

Mistcutter Hydra
Like

's younger brother but somehow still equally powerful. start the threat or finish the game.
Lightning Mare
Early-game attacker.

He can attack, block, and fling.
