Maybe Black Cat over Ravenous Rats ? You could get their best card... or really, any card that's not the one they'd choose.

Yeah or he could keep the Rats and trade the Specter for the Cats.

Bloodthrone Vampire can have some Rat/Cat/Visionary Soup.

You really don't need the 9 shuffle mechanics you currently have. Evolving Wilds is a perfectly fine fetch and you can grab either Forest or Swamp .

Garruk, the Veil-Cursed  Flip  Flip -1 can get a creature and a shuffle.

You don't always need the shuffle. and Garruk and Wilds are enough.

I would take out Mutilate since you only have six swamp cards. It really does nothing for you.

I agree with keeping Mutilate . A -2/-2 until end of turn is a decent dent to token decks.

And with Bloodthrone Vampire and Primordial Hydra , you can easily wait and make them stronger before your board wipe.

Yeah just token decks, I would run Killing Wave instead. And BSZ was so much better due to it getting shuffled back in.
