A MTG newb trying to build a budget but still pretty good standard dimir cipher/mill deck. I wanted to try and build the deck around having Consuming Aberration be the main card in there. So far I feel like the mana curve is not totally balanced out, but I'm out of ideas of what to put, being new to this kind of deck.
