The basic way to play this deck is to utilize Gifts Ungiven, which is an insane card. Basically when you can get it off, what gets the deck going is Past in Flames. You retrieve that as well as Empty the Warrens, Grapeshot, and any many producing card. My favorite to grab is Manamorphose because if you have Goblin Electromancer out, then for 1 red, you get 2 of any color, which becomes useful as most of the important cards are blue. It also allows as a cantrip. Basically once you get Gifts Ungiven off and get Past in Flames, you cycle through the deck until you get a large amount of storm counters, then unleash an Empty the Warrens and the boardwipe/win with Grapeshot.
