Here's my Mono-Black Devotion Deck, that used to have the added quirk of running Panharmonicon in order to really power up Gray Merchant's Drain. My deck was heavily based on the deck made by SaffronOlive and after building the non-budget version of his Panharmonicon-Deck, I decicded to cut the Panharmonicon-theme. It was mostly due to the fact that the creatures are pretty weak without Panharmonicon and Panharmonicon gives me a dead turn 4, which I usually cannot afford to have.
