From the recent prerelease that happened of the previous weekend that I attended playing with a similar deck sparked the idea of how this work in the standard setting. Nothing too crazy in this deck, simple merfolk aggro as merfolk do. It revolves around HOSS (Herald of Secret Streams) and being able to swing pretty heavily with buffed creatures being unblockable. Helping that is Vineshaper Mystic being about to distribute a +1/+1 counter onto two merfolk is huge. Along with that, Rishkar helps out with that and metallic Mimic. If goes farther than you want to Vanquisher's Banner is in the back as a way to buff your Merfolk even more and gain some needed card draw. All together this deck is in your face aggro with a few way to get rid of stuff that is troublesome.
