This is a red blue standard deck, with the point of it is to some what control the field while you mill out the opponent. When they cycle or draw cards it just helps to strengthen your advantage. This deck uses a lot of instants an sorcery cards so Dynavolt Tower is a definite must for the deck. You only run 6 creatures main board but they are really only there for the milling. There are Enigma Drakes in the side board for a little extra cushion. Your main source of mill will be Minister of Inquiries, but the best card for milling in the deck is Startled Awake.
