Playing Tips:

1) Dispel is in the deck for enchantment hate, and specifically, to counter Dromoka's Command.

2) Don't be afraid to cast Gideon and immediately ultimate him. The unkillable Anthem effect is very strong.

3) Sam said he would have replaced one Plains with a second Blighted Woodland if he had the chance to do it again.

4) Secure the Wastes with Retreat to Emeria or Gideon gives the deck a way to dodge mass removal and simply kill opponents out of nowhere. Sam Black said the card effectively replaced Elspeth, Suns Champion and in this particular deck the fact that might be true is good enough to rank it as one of the best coming out of the PT.
