Mono black devotion with a small vampire subtheme.

Sideboard is still WIP, due to lack of playtesting.

Gray Merchant of Asphodel Is our main wincon, just like any other devotion deck. But we also have Ayara, First of Locthwain to drain health while we repeatedly sacrifice and recur Bloodghast .

Cordial Vampire will pump almost our entire board whenever one of our creatures (such as bloodghast) dies PERMANENTLY. In addition to that, we can drain our opponent using Kalastria Highborn . If we drain enough health or simply get in for damage, Knight of the Ebon Legion will grow in size.

Gatekeeper of Malakir is a 3-drop disguised as a 2-drop, although we do sometimes play it on turn 2 against control decks if we have no better options.

Thoughtseize and Fatal Push are our go-to interaction pieces, although Dismember might prove useful as well.

Our sideboard is mostly filled with control pieces, although this might change.

I am considering splashing white for extra sideboard options, and Bitterblossom to drain even more health if Ayara is out, and offer more sacrifice fodder.
