Surveil your way to victory! Trying to make a deck that uses a fun mechanic from a fun set. Casual play only. Aiming to keep budgetary considerations in mind. Surveil is honestly one of my favorite abilities introduced in a long while, and I have found that very simple, cheap builds are nonetheless very capable.
