Here's the Sultai deck I'm currently using in standard.

The versatility of this deck is its true strength. It adapts very well to different types of decks with minimal, if any, side deck swapping.

Commune with the Gods + Sultai Ascendancy + Nyx Weaver + Sidisi, Brood Tyrant are the deck milling engines.

Nyx Weaver is a huge component to this deck and most times much more valuable then the other milling cards. Its ability to snipe cards from the graveyard is like having an extended hand. With Kiora's Follower + Sylvan Caryatid , I am most times able to perform an awesome combo with Whip of Erebos to bring back a Nyx Weaver and then use its graveyard ability.

Commune with the Gods is great at getting a quick graveyard dump and at finding Whip of Erebos.

Sultai Ascendancy is useful for trashing unneeded lands and any other cards that are not needed in the current part of the match.

Sidisi, Brood Tyrant is primarily used for her ability of compensating after a creature has been milled.

Reaper of the Wilds + Sagu Mauler are the primary damage dealers in this deck.

Prophet of Kruphix just makes everything better.

If Reaper of the Wilds + Sagu Mauler doesn't perform well enough then Empty the Pits is usually able to.

Murderous Cut + Sultai Charm are the removal. Sultai Charm is versatile and always useful while Murderous Cut has a cheap mana cost and a larger scope for destroying creatures.
