This is a “budget” version of Hogaak for an entry point into Legacy. It eschews the old duals for shock lands of the same type. It feels like you’re either going to have a big turn two or not, and your opponent can either handle it, or not. The shocks I don’t feel like will affect too too much, and it seems competitive.
