This deck abuses the Manifest mechanic with cards that have lower CMCs than morph costs, allowing you to flip them for the CMC to get the tasty, tasty morph effects at a fraction of the intended cost. Toss in some general disruption and board-flooding with flicker effects and tons of additional triggers, and you've got a stack-flipping card-shuffling hand-stuffing big ball of budget fun!
