My take on a Rakdos discard deck. Core of the deck are Waste Not, Liliana's Caress and Underworld Dreams. Make your opponent discard cards and benefit from it through Waste Not while your opponent is damaged through Liliana's Caress at the same time.
We'll have to make sure your opponent constantly has cards in hands - in order to be able to make him discard - wich we do using Master of the Feast (wich is a blocker at the same time) and Howling Mine. We'll punish the opponent for the card drawl using Underworld Dreams
