UPDATE
I streamlined this deck to benefit from Zombies while creating tokens to gain and/or take life points. I'm still keeping Debt to the Deathless as I don't play Standard at home. I could swap it out with Trespasser's Curse if I were to play standard I suppose.
UPDATE 2
The deck now surrounds the effect of taking opponents life and giving controller life via creatures and spells be it every turn and/or via enchantments/creatures.

Swapped in more zombie token spawning cards.

More zombie token cards. Also, now standard legal.

At this point, I'm trying to see how much I can swap life points as quickly as possible.

I've thrown in a few different creatures that allow me to add more zombie tokens under the affects of Diregraf Colossus and Cryptbreaker. Also added the ability to tap land and search for land. I figured I really only need 2 basic W&B lands. Evolving Wilds allows me to search for basic lands and shuffle my deck. Desert of the Glorified and Desert of the True will allow me to either play for more land via tapping or cycle to draw more cards.
UPDATE 7
Swapped out "Deserts of the.." for Renegade Map and added more basic lands so more basic lands can be searched; the library will then be shuffled and you raise your chances of drawing cards via milling your own deck in a sense via land fetch cards.
UPDATE 8
I've swapped out Gisa's Bidding to the sideboard for Liliana's Indignation for the mainboard to have another way to damage my opponent(s) while potentially burying creatures to boost Diregraf Colossus who allows me to create 2/2 zombie tokens for each zombie spell I cast that's doubled under Anointed Procession which triggers Wayward Servant who leaches life from ALL my opponents to my life total.
