Drach'Nyen

Legendary Artifact — Equipment

Echo of the First Murder — When Drach'Nyen enters the battlefield, exile up to one target creature.

Daemon Sword — Equipped creature has menace and gets +X/+0, where X is the exiled card's power. (This is a linked ability, linked to the ability in the first paragraph on this card. X is only the power of creature that was exiled via the ability in the first paragraph.)

Equip (: Attach this to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery. This enters the battlefield unattached and stays on the battlefield if the creature this card is attached to leaves the battlefield.)

I removed Armory of Iroas, Glaive of the Guildpact and Trepanation Blade. Armory was too much of a hassle to point out that yes, there are in fact swords in the artwork. Also, the counters are nice but take a really long time to build up. Creature removal means the whole sha-bang resets, too. Glaive of the Guildpact is a sword in art, but I don't want people to argue that it's a "glaive" because of the name. Also, it honestly isn't that good for this deck. As for Tre Blade, it's true that this is not "technically" a sword.

I added Sword of Once and Future and Sword of Forge and Frontier to finish the cycle off, as well as the super awesome Drach'Nyen.

I do technically need to find a replacement for Sword of Dungeons & Dragons, just in case the table I sit down with isn't cool with me using that card since it's silver bordered.

There is Blasphemous Act from Warhammer: 40k I could use :)

running a scryfall search on equipment in your colours with decending CMC, you get the following:

https://scryfall.com/search?q=type%3Aequipment+commander%3AUBR+%28game%3Apaper%29ℴ=cmc&dir=desc&as=grid&unique=cards

Looking at it this way will give you the most reach in what instants/sorceries you can run. From this, cards which you can get good value on are Embercleave (as mentioend above) and Ramosian Greatsword. Kaldra Compleat and Drach'Nyen don't inherently have a cost reducer built in, but offer good value at higher CMC.

All of the above equipment put you in the range of extra turn spells like Time Warp, with Kaldra even enabling the casting of Nexus of Fate for free. Running a suite of extra turn spells in conjunction with extra combat spells like Relentless Assault, Seize the Day etc. allow you to beat face with your commander (who should be rather high damage) while getting extra swings for free. Ad Nauseam is an interesting card to try, but give that you'll have quite a high CMC deck, the risk to reward profile may not be worth it. That being said, you could build a generally low CMC list with a few high cost equipment and design the whole deck to be a free cast of Ad Naus and then storm out if you wanted something different.

If you are going to go down the high CMC route however, cards like Bludgeon Brawl let you run a bunch of expensive mana rocks like Gilded Lotus and Chromatic Orrery so you hcan go harder on ramp but then can equip your rocks to get good triggers from your commander.

Just some thoughts, hope it helps.

Bladehold War-Whip, Drach'Nyen, maybe Demonspine Whip for your first strike/ double strike guys.

Maybe you don't like Changelings? Lots of good ones but especially Mirror Entity could buff your knights, most of whom are pretty small.

Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor has a neat ability and is a legendary for your cards that only work with legendary.

Maybe Prototype Portal or possibly Mirrorworks

lcarl3035 have definitely considered both of those, especially for Godo, Bandit Warlord. Kaldra wasn't selected in favor of having Drach'Nyen in the board, and not having Helm of the Host was also a similar decision since Godo didn't make the cut.

Good recommendations though! I'd be interested to see how your own list looks in comparison.
