Looking for advice on how to build a proper kaalia deck. Mostly looking for advice on any specific demons or dragons I need to put in. Also looking for ideas on dirt cheap dual lands. I already have the current ones from the origin tool kit. Fyi I'm on a low budget
Agreed, Master of Cruelties is absolutely destructive. A great thing about him is after you cheat him out with Kaalia, you won't necessarily attack with him anymore without bouncing him to your hand but he is a First Strike, Deathtouch blocker.
Quicksilver Amulet is another auto include. Kaalia generates a lot of hate so you need a way to cheat creatures onto the field when you can't cast her. Or it allows you to get 15+ CMC of creatures on the field for 4 mana each turn.

Thanks for the tips, I already have most of the deck, I run angels and have bought the from the vault box, I'm just turning it into a kaalia deck, it makes sense. I'm getting kaalia tomorrow I'm just seeing if there was any big demons or dragons that I need. I'm also looking for lands I could use, but cheap lands

A useful cheap card to include is Reconnaissance. It allows you to proc Kaalia even if blockers are present, by removing her from combat after triggers.

Moltensteel Dragon is also an auto-include. It enters the battlefield tapped and attacking, so you can instant-speed pour all your mana or life into it for a Win.
I would recommend Restoration Angel, Baneslayer Angel, Sublime Archangel (maybe), Herald of War, Kothophed, Soul Hoarder (if you can work up the cash, Dark Confidant is a better choice for that slot), Rune-Scarred Demon, Aurelia, the Warleader, and that's all that I can think of off the top of my head. Good luck! I love kaalia decks.

Armageddon and Cataclysm both come in From the Vault: Annihilation (should be the cheapest FTV if you dont already own it). Desolation Angel fits the theme but can't be cheated out by Kaalia as you need to pay the kicker cost.
Land Destruction makes it that much harder for your opponents to do anything against Kaalia. They all also combo well with Avacyn, Angel of Hope. If she is out then you get to keep all of your lands.
Rune-Scarred Demon is a great card in Kaalia. It combos well with Restoration Angel.
Steel Hellkite is a must. I really like Sunscorch Regent because he just gets better and better the more opponents you have and the more spells they cast.
For card draw, Bloodgift Demon is an auto include. Indulgent Tormentor and Kothophed, Soul Hoarder are two budget options for additional card draw.

You can look at my deck for some ideas, Dan Brown Angels and Demons. If you select the cards you can check the price. It is currently being heavily updated but it could give you an idea.
I really can't recommend using Kaalia for a budget deck. She is great but the majority of her best cards tend to be pretty pricy.
I would also look into getting a From the Vault: Angels. It's the most recent and should still be relatively cheap. It has a lot of great cards for Kaalia. Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Iona, Shield of Emeria, both Akroma. Platinum Angel. Just an overall good set to buy for Kaalia.
Also look into the Lieutenants from the Commander 2014 sets. The white, black and red Lieutenants are all able to be cheated out by Kaalia and should be cheap. Angelic Field Marshal, Demon of Wailing Agonies, and Tyrant's Familiar.
Gisela, Blade of Goldnight also came in the Commander 2015
set. She is awesome.
