Best Card Draw in Bant?

I need to get some card draw in this deck I'm running. Do you guys know the best card draw in Bant?

Sphinx's Revelation probably fits the bill best. X card draw effects are great, but tack on X lifegain as well? Bruh.

Are you looking for creatures? Instants/sorceries? Noncreature permanents? There are TONS in those colors
Consecrated Sphinx, Prime Speaker Zegana, Soul of the Harvest, Mentor of the Meek, etc
Sphinx's Revelation, Mind Spring, Braingeyser, Concentrate, Harmonize, etc
Garruk, Primal Hunter, Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Mind's Eye, Staff of Nin, etc

It depends on what degree of competitiveness you want, what the role of the effect is (early-game advantage vs. mid-game engine vs. late-game scaling), etc.

Recurring Insight can often draw 20 cards
Skullclamp is great if you have one toughness creatures to sac
Prime Speaker Zegana can be insane if you have a single giant creature
Try to match your card draw to the style of deck you're playing. for example, Bant blink decks will want zegana and Mulldrifter over sorceries that draw cards

Anyways, since you're playing a Derevi deck, what you want isn't a spell to make you draw, it's a permanent. Remember, you can stack multiple untaps onto the same permanent and tap them between each untap.
Archivist, Jushi Apprentice, Riptide Director, Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Arcanis the Omnipotent are great creature possibilities for this.

"The Best" is subjective... What do you want? Most card draw per mana? Most card draw per card? Most card draw with infinite mana? Most draw with an alternative effect? What kind of deck are you going to use it for?
I'm guessing you're talking about the commander deck on your profile that is Bant, so the last question is answered, but there is still not a thing such as "best" card draw.
