I'm attempting to make a competitive mill deck, (it's my favorite archetype) so comments and constructive criticisms are appreciated. The deck is built around using Whispering Madness on an evasive creature to quickly deplete the other player's deck. Think Twice and Jace Beleren keep your hand full. increasing confusion or psychic spiral should be able to finish them off. Consuming Aberration is an alternate win condition if straight milling wasn't enough to kill them.
