weird deck needs a bit more tuning (Historic MTG Deck)

deck: deck is all about using Triskaidekaphile to win using lich mastery effect of when you gain life you draw that many cards.so I can draw the exact amount of cards i need and using chance of glory to secure Triskaidekaphile win effect. I use Anje, Maid of Dishonor to get a blood token evetime a vampire enters the battlefield and use gluttonous guest effect of every time you sacrifice a blood token you gain 1 life to gain the life I need to get the 13 cards for Triskaidekaphile and I use lightning helix to defend from opponents creatures while gaining life.

I'm looking to build a actual competent deck while only been playing the game for a few months and I like alternate win conditions . but I have no idea how to build a suitable mana base or ramp it to my decks need. As well understanding the value of every card I put into my deck

I played my first game against my friend with this deck and almost won unfortunately. he was playing a creature focused deck and played annihilator causing my strategy to crumble. i asked him how I could improve my deck and he liked everything but triskalepedia so I'm thinking about cutting triskalapedia for another card with a different win condition card. he also said that I didn't get enough blood token and over the game I got only three tokens per game and finally he said As well have more cards so I sacrifice them to use mayhem devil effect
