Basic idea is to abuse the sacrifice abilities of Augur of Skulls, Judge's Familiar, Spiketail Hatchling and Spiketail Drakeling, as well as Mulldrifter's Evoke together with Undying Malice and Not Dead After All to keep them on the field. Cast Down for some targeted removal, Reckoner's Bargain for more card draw, and Unearth to grab almost anything from the graveyard. In the end, you win with combat, using all of the creatures that have not been sacrificed yet. Note - Judge's Familiar gets downshifted to Common in Ravnica Remastered.

Crypt Rats if the opponent is flooding the board, Tormod's Crypt versus enemy Graveyard strategies (or Relic of Progenitus or Nihil Spellbomb), Demon's Disciple to force sacrifices (and can be used with the Undying spells).

Notes on the Maybe: Counterspell is a classic, but there are enough counters, and this isn't a true control deck. Tragic Slip is awesome, but there is only one creature that can sacrifice itself whenever, and I think Cast Down will be useful more often. Deadly Dispute as an alternative to Reckoner's Bargain. Feign Death is just identical to Undying Malice, so if you have it, use it.

I'm still not sure about the mana base.
