Courtney43's Deck Trigger Happy American gave me the idea for this deck.

Attempting to create a viable, standard legal Mill deck.

As it is currently, using Deathcult Rogue, along with Phantom Warror for unblockable damage combined with a Ciphered Paranoid Delusions. Activating the ability of Strionic Resonator to mill 6 at a time.

Disperse and Doomblade for creature control. Along with Omenspeaker and Pilfered Plans for deck manipulation.

Goals:Replace the Phantom Warrior with Nightveil Specter and the Aqueous Form with Cloudfin Raptor as the Nightveil Specter and the Deathcult Rogue will be the main delivery for Paranoid Delusions.

Shock lands and Scry lands are most likely a must, I'm in the process of getting them.

What am I currently missing, which could assist the deck with getting it's engine out and running faster?
