THE RIP IN SPACE-TIME

Silumgar has broken the truces made by The Dragonlords and himself by practicing the third color of magic... The Khans Color, as they call it. Driven by greed and a desire for power, Silumgar begins his quest to understand the Green Mana. In doing so, he breaks the magical barrier set by Ugin and Sarkhan when the Dragonlords took power, and rips a hole in Space and Time to the Khans Era, led by Sidisi of the Sultai, Surrak of the Temur, Narset of the Jeskai, Zurgo of the Mardu, and Anafenza of the Abzan. In being the counterpart to Sidisi in his own timeline, Silumgar finds himself face to face with the leader of the Sultai. Both of them coming to an agreement of mutual greed, they set off to take over both time periods, each planning to kill the other once they are finished. So begins the Second Great Dragon War. Meanwhile, Jace, just after Walking to a new plane, sensed an epic increase of minds on this new Plane, Tarkir, he pulled from a nearby Orc. What the hell is with that gaudy outfit? He heard from another. Right, new Plane, new clothes. Time to find their leader and make a temporary life here. Pulling information from the minds around him he came to an Opulent Palace, one led by two. Sidisi and Silumgar. Silumgars mind was a dark labyrinth, he could tell that from the outside, making it somewhat difficult for even him to read. Finding his way through the palace of small minds, he came to a large golden door. He swung it open and found himself in front of an enormous dragon, and a Naga, both decorated with the finest of jewelry. Towering over the naga was the dragon, Jace assumed being Silumgar. A gigantic dark green dragon, it's skin was scaly and slick, with occasional drops of liquid, glistening like oil coming off of it. A chain of great size hanging from it's neck with what appeared to be a skeleton. Jace was sickened but intrigued by him, this was not the worst that he had seen. The Naga also had scaly green skin, wet with whatever she naturally produced (he assumed it was a she). The Naga looked surprised, but the dragon, not so much. "Silumgar, I take it?" Jace asked, addressing the dragon. "Very well done, small one. You are a telepath of great ability I see." Silumgar smiled. "I'd like to think so. I've just arrived here, and I was hoping I could come across someone of power. I hoped we could make a deal." Jace said and smiled. As he walked in, the doors closed behind him.

So the whole deck is oriented to draw cards and manipulate your draw with things like Dragonlord's Prerogative, and Sultai Ascendancy. Get as many cards as you can in the graveyard with cards like Sidisi and Sultai Skullkeeper for a huge Empty the pits, or simply to power delve spells that could turn the tide of the game.

First game you want to get an ascendancy out as soon as possible, as it essentially lets you Scry 2 every upkeep, but instead of sending cards to the bottom of the deck, you send it to the graveyard as fuel for future delve spells. Silumgar and Sidisi are incredibly powerful, allowing you to steal their Planeswalker, or create tokens and fuel for later on. Jace is a no-brainer, being an incredibly powerful walker, and a draw engine, while also creating fuel for later, not to mention, that he also let's you flashback powerful spells like Murderous Cut and Dig Through Time.
If your opponent is running a token strategy, then board in Virulent plague, and more creatures with Hooded Hydra, a great card both early and late game as a mana sink. To go more controlling, you can board in more counter spells with Silumgar's Scorn, and a learn from the past to power your deck as long as possible. Sultai Charm also acts as a potential draw engine and enchantment/artifact destruction, as well as mono-colored creature removal. To get specific things back from your graveyard for games that run long, you can board in a Reclaim, as well.

I'm definitely accepting all suggestions to both the story and to the deck. I could never afford it, but it would be a lot of fun to play! This was based on my BUDGET Sultai Creatures deck.
