This is a deck to make use of Tanazir Quandrix for his attack trigger to turn all other creatures into his base power and toughness. The reason for calling it a "devotion" deck is due to Klothys's Design as each token made by Scute Swarm (the copy tokens) counts to the devotion number and can add up really fast for lethal with our ramp style deck to make tokens.
