Rough Draft of Nicol Bolas-centered Deck

Hi guys, I'm trying to make a deck revolving around Nicol Bolas. So basically it's just holding up until I get my planeswalker down. But I have lots of concerns regarding the deck and maybe you guys could help me with.

VS Aggressive decks I think I have enough mana and instances to last me plus all my counters.

But my worry is that maybe my deck is too Nicol Bolas centered? And that I need other alternatives to winning. Part of my maybe board are Slumbering Dragon and Vexing Devil instead of Niv Magus
