Asked for suggestions from the forum and friends and here's what I came up with based on all of your thoughts. The card on the left is being cut for the card on the right.

Island (or Swamp) for Gilded Lotusfoil

Friend suggested that I was clinically insane for not having Lotus.

Archmage Ascension for Mirari

Jace, Architect of Thought for Leyline of Anticipation

I had my face beaten in by these two cards with a similar style of deck to this. I didn't initially think they could be that powerful, but they really were.

Fog Bank for Elder Mastery

Guard Gomazoa for Helm of the Ghastlord

Multiple of you on the forums suggested these two.because of the combo with Nekusar. If you don't see it, both Auras trigger on any kind of damage. So every card your opponent draws causes Nekusar to punch them in the face. Which triggers the auras, which makes them have to discard a card, so it's nearly impossible(but NOT impossible) for them to get up on cards.

Nightscape Familiar for Spell Crumple

Darkness for Countersquall

I wanted more counters. 'nuff said.

Ebony Owl Netsuke for Otherworld Atlas

Kagemaro, First to Suffer for Blue Sun's Zenith

Wheel and Deal for Jace's Archivist

Brainstorm for Forced Fruition

Better/more card drawing and group hug package

Black Vise for Iron Maiden

Because Black Vise only affects one person.

Laboratory Maniac saves you if you go too deep, and also allows you to win off of a Blue Sun's Zenith you cast on yourself.

Otherworld Atlas can be another copy of Temple Bell .

More importantly, Blue Sun's Zenith . Repeatable draw X, use it to refill your hand, use it to kill off opponents, instant speed, all profit.

Ooof, I like the idea of Otherworld Atlas . Not entirely sure if I like the Laboratory Maniac / Blue Sun's Zenith suggestion though. I don't generate tons of mana, so USZ doesn't seem like it'd do a lot. It's a powerful effect, that's for sure though. What do you suggest to cut for Atlas/Zenith?

With Nekusar, there are tons of cards that look helpful, but end up killing your opponent. Occam's Razer is my Nekusar deck, so take a look through, and maybe you'll find some cards that you really like :)

Possibility Storm makes for some hilarity, but honestly does nothing for this deck, as far as I can tell.

I've got a Kami of the Crescent Moon build, and I'ma be real, Archmage Ascension takes way too long to get online in order to be useful, and that's in a mono-blue deck that's entirely focused on card draw.

I don't get the point of Darkness .

Fog Bank and Guard Gomazoa both don't give you anything but a pretty inefficient blocker.

If you wanted to become a god-less killing machine, my suggestions for you are to add Helm of the Ghastlord and Elder Mastery . They basically end the game with Nekusar, the Mindrazer by forcing your opponents to discard what they draw.

As for general changes, Black Vise is really good, but usually limits itself by only targeting one player. If you wanted to try the multi-person hate, Iron Maiden is it's counterpart. While I understand the idea behind Archmage Ascension , I personally believe it to be slow and and vulnerable.

For other ideas, you can check my Nekusar deck, Razing the Stakes; but be warned, it is tuned to be more competitive than most people are comfortable with.
