A deck that is really more useful for multiplayer games, relying on Guttersnipe and Electrostatic Field to deal damage to everyone in your play group. However, it seems to be halfway decent in 1v1 games. Fog Bank and Crackling Drake make good blockers and Crackling Drake can be used as a solid hitter in case your Snipes get a lot of hate. Quasiduplicate is the real star of the show though, allowing you to pump extra Snipes on to the field and sees extra usage out of the graveyard with Jump-Start mechanics.

Sideboard is still a work in progress, just adding cards that may work, will narrow it down later.
