I'm brewing Mono-White Midrange because of Phyrexian Vindicator. I am just trying to play Phyrexian Vindicator in Pioneer. Been testing this deck out on Magic Online and tuning it as I play. The deck surprisingly plays way better than I thought it would for a homebrew deck. The reason the deck is mono-white is to be able to cast Vindicator. A mono-color also makes the deck really consistent. I've found Mono-Red aggro to be a very good matchup for this deck because it can't beat Vindicator so if you play your Vindicator it's pretty much a win. Also cards like Authority of the Consuls and Portable Hole are super strong against mono-red Aggro decks. Authority of the Consuls in all creature-based matchups is super good, a very powerful card. Basically, I'm jamming my deck with busted White cards to go around my Vindicators. Archangel of Thune combos with each Authority of the Consuls trigger which can be a cool synergy. Archangel Avacyn   can also go in Thune's slot or you can run a mix of them, both are very good five-drop cards. 5 is the peak of this deck's curve. Basically just running the best 4 and 5-drop white creatures available in Pioneer. Spirited Companion and Farmhands are good 2 drop plays to help you get to 4 mana. Settle the Wreckage can be a strong card, but I found my opponents usually know I'm sitting on a settle and playing around it. Ossification is a workhorse removal card.
