Mono-Blue version of everyone's favorite mechanic! Infect! Unblockable attacks, some counters, and some proliferation! Was thinking about taking out 3 Phyrexian Digester for 3 Ponder or 3 Brainstorm. Was also thinking of taking out Stealth Misson for Writ of Passage. As always, I accept any advise and tips! Thanks!

Made some revisions! I thought I needed some more protection, a smidge of card draw, and a decent pump spell. Added a sideboard! I'm pretty shut at sideboarding so let me know if there's anything I can tweak.
